No Refund Policy
You understand that once we provide services to you our fees are Non-Refundable. Fees are not dependent upon results and no specific outcome may be promised.
Credits will be issued solely at Guru Test Prep’s discretion. Credits may be offered if all the following conditions are met:
- The time of your request for a credit is no more than 7 days from time of agreement
- Any types of education or consulting services have not been rendered
- We are unable to process request for credit if the payment records are not provided
